Q. Are you experienced?

A. We're certainly experienced in lots of things, but you probably mean web design. Well, we have over 20 years of IT experience -- that's Information Technology for those that don't know - and over 10 years of Design experience. So we have lots of experience and equally important, we LOVE building and designing websites. You know how you are always better at something you love, well in addition to all we've learned and what we've done, we really LOVE what we do.

Q. How do I begin?

A. This one is easy. Call or email us. We’ll take some notes, look at what you have, if anything, determine your goals, your likes and dislikes, and get back to you with an estimate. Once you see how affordable we are, we’ll stop you from hugging us and we’ll get to work on your design.

Q. How long does it take?

A. Another good question. A lot depends on the size of your site, how much information you can provide vs. what we have to create, and the complexity of the design. But basically, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Q. What about changes to the site?

A. We expect there to be changes…how could there not be? And we encourage change -- it keeps your site fresh, and gives your visitors reasons to keep coming back. We have several maintenance packages to choose from. FAT prides itself on being accessible…if you need information changed on your site..you’ll be able to call us and get those changes done quickly. In fact, we encourage you to do so!

Q. Do you host the site as well?

A.Of course. We can help you maneuver through cyperspace  from securing your url and uploading your files to hosting and performing maintenance as the need arises. The advantage – 1 phone call!

And the number 1 question...

Q. How much will it cost?

A. Hmmm. Well, that depends on how much work we have to do. Some people just want a brochure type of site…something that says the company name and phone number, maybe an email link. That’s fairly simple and will cost much less than say…an online store. We are happy to talk to you about what you want, your budget, and how to get the most bang for the buck.

Why should I read FAQ's?

Well, reading FAQ's gives you information. And information is knowledge. When choosing a company to build your website, you want to make an informed decision. Don't base your decision simply on price. Or because your mother made you hire your brother-in-law. Make your decision based on what the company does.
